We are very pleased to formally announce three significant promotions within the firm: -
Sanyin Geljic, CA CTA, to Principal, in our Taxation services division. After an initial 8 year tenure with the firm, Sanyin re-joined Koustas & Co in 2014 as Taxation Manager. He has advanced through various leadership positions in the business and leads our Taxation and Self-Managed Superannuation teams. Sanyin is a Chartered Tax Adviser and has a Master of Applied Taxation from UNSW which was prompted by his desire to continue to add value to his clients’ businesses. Sanyin has assisted many large family groups, commercial businesses, SME’s and their owners in complex tax matters and has become a sought after adviser in the industry.
Dylan Davidson, CPA, to Principal, in our Corporate Advisory division. Following a relocation from Ballarat in 2014, Dylan quickly progressed to become Business Services Manager and more recently Corporate Advisory Manager. Dylan has a particular interest and skill in management accounting and been pivotal in the growth of our CFO and Financial Controller services. Dylan assists many clients with performance monitoring, buying and selling transactions, funding strategies, business valuations and systems development.

Aleks Nawrocki, CA, to Client Manager, in our Business Services division. Since joining the firm in 2011, Aleks has proved himself an excellent senior advisor to the firm’s business clients. Conscientious and diligent to the task at hand, Aleks’ strengths lie in his problem solving and analytical skills which enable him to arrive at the most appropriate and creative solutions. Aleks has an inherent empathy and this has enabled him to develop great relationships with his clients and team.
We are thrilled with the new elevation of Sanyin, Dylan and Aleks and the way in which this positions the firm to take advantage of the many growth opportunities on offer in this, our 20th year. We hope you will join us in congratulation them on their promotions.
